IN-PERSON COACHING
STRENGTH + NUTRITION
In-person coaching takes place inside my private in-home fitness studio.
You’ll train with me 2x per week (1-hour sessions), with each session focused on building strength, improving technique, and progressing through a clear plan.
Alongside our in-person sessions, you’ll have full access to your training app, where all of your workouts are programmed — including additional training days if you want to train up to 5 days per week.
Your program is updated every 4 weeks to ensure continued progress.
Nutrition is also built in — with macro guidance, habit tracking, and ongoing adjustments to support your goals, recovery, and performance.
Investment: $1,250 for 12 weeks
Minimum commitment: 3 months
