This is a 12-week nutrition coaching program designed to help you build a strong foundation with your food, your habits, and your consistency.

It’s ideal for women who are under-eating, stuck in all-or-nothing cycles, or new to tracking — and want to learn how to fuel their body properly without overthinking everything.

 

You’ll receive personalized macro targets, with ongoing adjustments based on your progress, biofeedback, and goals — whether that’s reverse dieting, maintenance, or fat loss.

 

Alongside your macros, we focus heavily on habit building and consistency — helping you create routines you can actually stick to, instead of relying on perfect weeks.

 

You’ll check in weekly through your coaching app, where you’ll receive feedback on your nutrition, hunger, digestion, mindset, and overall adherence — with support and guidance throughout the week as needed.

 

This is where you learn how to: eat enough, stay consistent, and stop starting over.

Investment: $600 CAD for 12 weeks

Minimum commitment: 3 months
