ONLINE COACHING
This is a 12-week online coaching experience. It’s built for women who already have some consistency, and are ready for more structure, more precision, and a higher standard across both their workouts and their nutrition.
If you’re still working on building that foundation, starting with the Nutrition + Habits plan first is recommended — then transitioning into this plan once things feel more consistent.
You’ll receive a fully customized strength training program, built around your goals, experience level, and schedule — with clear progression from phase to phase.
Alongside your training, your nutrition is dialed in through personalized macro targets, with ongoing adjustments based on your performance, recovery, and results.
Everything is connected: how you train, how you eat, and how you show up week to week.
You’ll check in weekly through your coaching app, where you’ll receive detailed feedback, adjustments, and guidance — along with ongoing support throughout the week to keep you consistent and moving forward.
This is where things get more intentional: stronger training, smarter nutrition, and a higher level of accountability.
Investment: $900 CAD for 12 weeks
