Hi, I'm Sarah, a fitness and nutrition coach (12+ years), the founder of The Raw Human and the voice behind That Macro Babe. Helping women who are tired of starting over finally build consistency that actually fits their real life.
My approach? No all-or-nothing rules, no “perfect week” expectations, just a plan that meets you where you are and builds from there, so you can actually follow through (even when life gets messy).
I'm known for my epic creami recipe's and sassy energy, hyping you up, calling you out, and helping you connect the dots on what’s really keeping you stuck. Because let’s be real... if your plan can’t handle a social life, your fav treats, and random unplanned moments, it’s not the plan for you.
When I'm not coaching, you’ll find me in a matching set (scrunch butt, obviously), Coke Zero in hand, probably shopping for another bikini I don't need.
