Hi, I’m Sarah — founder of The Raw Human and creator of That Macro Babe Method.

 

I built this approach for women who are tired of shrinking themselves to fit into diet culture and are ready to fuel their bodies, build strength, and feel confident around food.

 

After over 12 years of coaching women through chronic under-eating, diet cycles, and the fear of “eating more,” I saw the same pattern again and again: the ones who thrived were the ones who learned to eat more, move with purpose, and build habits they could actually sustain.

 

Not constant rules. Not guilt.

A healthy, confident relationship with food.
