More than anything, I care about helping women build something they can actually stick to..
I’ve been coaching for 12+ years, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that most women are chasing perfection, whether they realize it or not.
Not a perfect body — a perfect plan.
The idea that everything has to go exactly right… and the second it doesn’t, it all falls apart. One off-plan meal, one missed workout, one busy week — and suddenly it’s “I’ll start fresh Monday.”
That all-or-nothing mindset is what keeps people stuck.
If it’s not perfect, it doesn’t count.
If it doesn’t count, why bother?
That’s the pattern. And that’s what I help women break — learning how to stay consistent, adjust when life happens, and actually follow through without needing everything to be perfect.
Over the years — through both my own training and years of coaching — I’ve learned what actually works, and what just keeps people stuck.
A big part of that comes down to nutrition.
At That Macro Babe, macros play a huge role in what we do — because understanding your intake changes everything.
There’s something really empowering about understanding how to fuel your body, eating enough, and not feeling like you have to constantly restrict or “be good” all the time.
You should be able to enjoy your meals without overthinking every bite.
You should be able to dine out and go to social events without white-knuckling it the entire time — only to end up going home and binging because you felt so deprived.
If you’ve been under-eating or stuck in an inconsistent cycle, learning how to bring your intake back up to support your body consistently will change the game.
This doesn’t have to feel restrictive or exhausting to be effective — take it from me, I eat homemade high-protein ice cream pretty much daily, lol.
