MEET SARAH
COACH. MACRO NERD. PULL UP PRO.

Hey Babe!
LET'S BE REAL..
I’ve been doing this for a long time and here's what I consistently see...
We aim to do unrealistic routines hoping consistency will just magically appear.
We expect ourselves to overhaul everything overnight and then wonder why we couldn't follow through.
We're either all-in or all-out.
And I say "we" because, well.. been there, done that.
Prior to going to college for Fitness & Health Promotion, and becoming a CSEP-CPT (see credentials below), I was also caught in the trap of constantly starting over.
That all-or-nothing mindset:
If it’s not perfect, it doesn’t count.
If it doesn’t count, why bother?
That’s the pattern. And that’s what I help women break — learning how to stay consistent, adjust when life happens, and actually follow through without needing everything to be perfect.
THAT MACRO BABE method
01.
MACRO COACHING
Your macros are what make or break your results. When your intake is set up properly, everything works better — your energy, your training, your ability to stay consistent. You’ll know how to track through dinners out, last-minute plans, and home-cooked meals — without feeling like you’re off track.
02.
STRENGTH TRAINING
I teach you the mechanics of Progressive Overload—exactly how to advance your lifts, master tempo, and work under the specific intensity required to see tangible results. We focus on the quality of the work to ensure your effort translates into actual progress.
03.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We’ll have weekly calls and you’ll complete weekly check-ins so we can stay on top of your progress and make the right adjustments. You’re going to have great weeks and “what the hell happened” weeks — and we work through both so you can keep showing up no matter how messy life gets.
04.
THE LAYERED APPROACH
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. Everyone comes in at a different starting point with different goals. We’re not overhauling your entire life on day one. You’ll be challenged, but it won’t feel like chaos. We build this in layers — so you can keep up, stay consistent, and actually follow through. Once that’s locked in, we level things up.

"Sarah hands down is the one! She will be your biggest and loudest cheerleader!"
"Sarah is truly invested in your success and is very knowledgeable. I've been training with her for 4 months and I am doing things that I never thought were possible. She creates a unique fitness plan for you and actively tracks your progress. Workouts get more challenging by time but that makes the process rewarding. She keeps me motivated with inspiring messages, personal habit trackers and challenges. Also she is an empath and you can talk to her like a good friend. She will take the time to genuinely know you."

CALL-OUT ENERGY
"I used to be convinced that one meal would undo all my progress. As if my body was just waiting to self-destruct over a dinner roll."
