    What's Included: Personalized macro-based nutrition plans which will be adjusted weekly (or as needed) Coaching/Training on how to use the My Macros+ App where all food tracking will take place Guidance on which nutrition phase to be in: Cut (weight-loss phase), Lean Build (muscle-gain phase), Reverse Diet (metabolism repair phase), or Maintenance ​ Weekly check in's via my preferred coaching app for accountability and to keep me well informed on your progress, possible struggles you're facing and where you may require additional support Weekly coaching calls via zoom to ensure you're getting results & getting the support you need for long term success ​ Access to message me 6 days a week via my preferred coaching app, ensuring you have guidance throughout your journey

    What's Included: Everything in the Nutrition Coaching Only Plan plus: Coaching utilizing my Recipe for Transformative Results & Long-term Success Personalized training splits via my preferred coaching app (you will receive a new training block every 4 weeks) Form feedback on your uploaded lifts to ensure you're performing the exercises properly for your safety and for maximum results Ongoing training including, but not limited to: Progressive overload Understanding workout intensity, utilizing the RPE scale How to maximize recovery
