PHOTOSHOOTS
TIPS & CREATIVE CHAOS

"I've always taken risks, and never worried what the world might really think of me."
- Cher
Photoshoots aren’t just about pictures. They’re about confidence, creativity, pushing your comfort zone, and seeing yourself differently.
This space is part prep, part inspiration, part creative chaos.

01.
JUST BOOK THE SHOOT
Most women think they need to "earn" the photoshoot first. More muscle. Less body fat. More confidence. But honestly? Booking the shoot is often the thing that forces you to rise into that next version of yourself.
"Take a deep breath and
don't take any of it too seriously."
- Cher
PSA: nobody feels natural immediately.
The first few minutes always feel a little awkward… then suddenly you’re fixing your hair, checking the camera roll, and feeling iconic.
Relax. Have fun with it. That’s the whole point.

02.
CHOOSE A THEME
Sporty? Glam? A little chaotic? Figure out the vibe before the shoot so your outfits, accessories, and energy all work together.
03.
DON'T PROCRASTINATE
Nothing kills the excitement faster than panic-ordering outfits two days before your shoot.
04.
PRACTICE POSING
Try everything on beforehand. Take selfies. Record videos. Move around in the outfits. The more familiar everything feels, the more confident you’ll be on shoot day.
05.
BRING EXTRA LOOKS
My favourite look from my last shoot? The one I almost didn’t bring.
Moral of the story: pack the extra outfit, babe.

"Oh babe, see what happens when you highkick fear in the butt?"
- Cher
You don’t need to be fearless to create something iconic. Half the fun is showing up a little nervous, a little chaotic, and doing it anyways. The best photos usually happen in the in-between moments — when you stop overthinking, start laughing, and let your personality take over.
So fix your hair, arch your back, channel your inner main character, and trust the process, babe.

GET YOUR GLOW ON
My personal obsession lately? Luna Bronze tanning jelly + facial tanning drops. Trust me, the camera loves a bronzed babe.
07.
HAVE FUN
There's only so much you can do to feel ready for a shoot. At some point, you just have to stop overthinking and go for it. The best photos happen when you loosen up, laugh a little, and let yourself have fun with it. You got this babe!
"Find your alter ego."
Photoshoots are your chance to play. To be louder, bolder, sexier, more dramatic, more chaotic — whatever version of you wants to come out.
I love colour. I love heels, confidence, sassy poses, over-the-top energy and a little creative chaos. A shoot isn’t the time to shrink yourself. It’s the time to tap into your inner icon and let her take over for a minute.
Three years ago, I never would’ve done something like this. I would’ve overthought every photo, worried about what people would think, and talked myself out of it completely.
Now? I see photoshoots as confidence, creativity, self-expression, and proof of how much I’ve grown.
If you’re ready to build that kind of confidence in and out of the gym — you know where to find me, babe ✨
